The Company:Our client is a successful wholesale manufacturer with international operations.
Main duties:Offering customer support in order to ensure that customer orders are delivered efficiently.
The Role:– Process export documentation- Provide excellent customer service- Manage customer database and profiles- Order processing and stock management- Liaising with other teams and departments
The Candidate:– Fluent in English and one other European language (written and spoken) – Essential– Knowledge of export/customs paperwork– Customer service and/or admin experience- Excellent communication skills- Self-motivated and positive attitude
